- 3 c. diced cooked beef
- 1 large clove garlic, peeled
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. beef broth
- 4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed (3 c.)
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Combine beef, garlic, onion and rosemary.

3Chop until fine in a food processor (or by hand).

4Melt the butter in a skillet and stir in the flour.

5Cook for a few minutes until smooth and blended.

6Slowly add the beef broth. Stir and cook until gravy is thickened, cooking at least 5 minutes to get rid of the raw flour taste.
