  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • mashed potatoes (enough for about 8 servings)
  • 2 eggs, scrambled

    Mix the 2 cans of corn together.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a 9 x 11-inch or larger pan, layer scrambled meat, then corn mixture and potatoes.
