Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 packet Herb-Ox beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water (cornstarch mixed with water to thicken)
- 6 large red potatoes
- 1 pat butter and milk
- 1 can corn
Directions

1Brown ground beef in pan.

2Drain off fat. Add onions, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.

3Stir in water.

4Bring to a boil and add cornstarch mixture to thicken.

5Cover and let meat simmer for 20 minutes. Peel and cook potatoes.

6Remove from heat. Drain water and add salt, pepper, butter and milk.

7Mash potatoes.

8In large casserole dish, layer meat mixture on bottom, place corn over meat layer and top everything with mashed potatoes.

9Cover pie and place in oven at 350° for 20 minutes.

10Works great made ahead of time for coming in late from a hockey game!
