  • 1 can beef gravy
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. cooked carrots
  • 1/2 c. cooked peas
  • 2 c. seasoned mashed potatoes

    Brown onion lightly in shortening.

    Combine with beef gravy, beef, carrots and peas into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Spoon potatoes on top.

    Bake in very hot 450° oven about 25 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
