- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 34 lb ground beef
- 12 cup onion, chopped (1 medium)
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, loose pack
- 14 cup water
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- paprika (optional)
Directions

1Prepare mashed potatoes and set aside.

2In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender.

3Drain off fat.

4Stir mixed vegetables and water into beef mixture.

5Cook, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

6Stir in the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.

7Bring to a boil.

8Transfer mixture to a 1-1/2-quart casserole.

9Drop mashed potatoes in mounds on top of hot mixture.

10If desired, sprinkle with top with paprika.

11Bake in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
