  • 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb leftover meat
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 23 cup leftover gravy
  • 14 cup parsley, minced
  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon sage
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup kernel corn or 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 23 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onion and celery.

    Combine with vegetables, gravy, parsley, sage, salt and pepper in casserole dish.

    Cover with mashed potatoes.
