Ingredients
- 1 can sweet peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
- 5 lb. Russet potatoes
- garlic, carrots, any vegetables you like (optional)
Directions

1Cook ground sirloin in skillet; drain fat.

2While meat is cooking, peel and quarter potatoes.

3Place in large pot of water and boil for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Drain the potatoes and mash using small amount of milk, butter, salt and pepper.

5Dice onion.

6Add onion to meat after it has been drained.

7Cook a little longer and add the soup and sweet peas.

8Mix altogether in skillet.

9Put meat mixture in casserole dish.

10Place mashed potatoes on top of meat. Do not mix.

11Place in broiler to brown tops of mashed potatoes. Enjoy.
