- 1- 1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 3/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Allspice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 4 whole Medium Potatoes
- 13 cups Milk
- 5 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 13 cups Peas
- 13 cups Corn
Directions

1Spray a 2 qt.

2casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

3In a large skillet, brown meat over medium heat.

4When almost finished, add Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, allspice, and sugar.

5Stir until well-coated and cook 23 minutes longer until meat is finished.

6Meanwhile, place potatoes in cold water and bring to a simmer.

7Cook 1520 minutes until fork tender.

8Drain, and mash with milk and 4 tablespoons butter.

9(Feel free to add a little more if your potatoes were really largeyou want them a little moister than normal mashed potatoes so they dont dry out in the oven).

10Season to taste with salt and pepper.

11Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

12Lay meat in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared dish.

13Sprinkle with peas and corn.

14Spread mashed potatoes in an even layer across the meat and vegetables.

15Place the last tablespoon of butter in pats across the top of the shepherds piethis will help it get nice and golden and stay moist on the top.

16Bake 20 minutes until very light golden brown on top.
