  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 Tbsp. oregano or to taste
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic or to taste
  • flour (enough to help meat stay together)
  • 6 to 7 mashed potatoes

    Mix first eight ingredients with hands thoroughly.

    Form into loaf on baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until done.
