- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Marjoram (generous)
- 1/4 teaspoons Coriander (generous)
- 1/4 teaspoons Rosemary (generous)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Frozen Peas, Corn, Or Green Beans (Your Preference)
- 3/4 cups Sharp Cheddar, Shredded
- 4 cups Leftover Mashed Potatoes (See Note Below)

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3Brown ground beef with chopped onion.

4Add soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and spices.

5Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8Spread ground beef mixture in the bottom of an 8x11 or 9x13 inch baking dish.
