• 1 lb minced lamb trimmed lean
• 1/2 cup lamb broth
• 1 tbsp rosemary
• 1 1/2 cup chopped carrots
• 1 medium yellow onion chopped
• 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tbsp Heinz ketchup
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, fresh
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 1/2 cup chopped sweet potatoes
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 pints water
• 1/2 stick butter
• 2 lb lamb bones and trimmings
• 2 tbsp rosemary
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp marjoram
• 1 quart water
• 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
