  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. horseradish
  • juice from 1/2 to 1 lemon
  • Wheat Thins crackers

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and place over halibut in a shallow baking dish. Crush Wheat Thins crackers over the top. Bake at 425° for 20 to 30 minutes.
