  • 3 lb. boneless beef cubes (round, sirloin tips, etc.)
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry (optional)

Directions

    Cover and bake at 300° for 3 hours. Serve with rice, Chinese noodles or egg noodles.
