- 2 lb. extra lean stew meat (trim fat)
- 1 large onion, chopped in processor
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can mushrooms, sliced
- 1/8 c. sherry
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Season meat and mix all ingredients together.

3Place in pot and cover.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350°, then change to 300°.

5Continue baking for two and one-half hours. Stirring is not necessary.

6Serve over rice.
