  • 1 can minced clams
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/4 C celery & onion diced small
  • 1 potatoe cubed (small)
  • 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 C skim milk
  • 1`/2 bottle clam juice
  • 1/4 t thyme
  • salt, pepper to taste

    saute clery and onion until tender - add liquid, add potatoe

    cook over low heat until soft,add clams last
