  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
