- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 box golden raisins
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1 qt. pecans
- 8 oz. candied cherries
- 8 oz. candied pineapple
Directions

1Dredge fruit and nuts with 1 cup flour.

2Cream butter and sugar.

4Beat thoroughly.

5Add flour and mix together.

6Add sherry.

7Fold in fruit and nuts.

8Put into greased and floured spring-form pan and bake at 250° for 2 hours.
