- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
- 3 c. cooked rice
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Salt and pepper chicken breasts; dip in melted butter and place in shallow baking dish.

2Pour sherry over chicken.

3Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Mix well the soup, parsley, paprika, mayonnaise and sour cream.

5Add juice from chicken and mix well.

6Remove chicken from bone and cut into bite size pieces.

7Pour 1/2 of liquid into rice in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; stir well.

8Place chicken on top of rice.

9Pour remaining liquid over chicken.

10Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
