  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Clean chicken pieces and place in shallow baking dish.

    Mix sour cream, sherry and mushroom soup together.

    Pour sauce over chicken pieces placed far apart.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours (or longer at a lower heat).
