- 2 12 cups sugar
- 18 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 cup light corn syrup
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions

1Combine sugar,soda,syrup and milk and cook over medium heat,stirring until sugar is completely dissolved.

2Cook to 236 degrees on candy thermometer or soft ball stage.

3Do not stir.

4Add sherry,pecans and butter and stir lightly until creamy.

5Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
