  • 2 doz. clams, steamed
  • 1 small onion
  • 8 pieces fried bacon
  • heavy cream
  • bread crumbs (approximately 1/4 c.)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Chop the clams and add sauteed onion, crumbled bacon, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and heavy cream until creamy consistency. Bake at 375°

    for 15 minutes.
