  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers, split in half
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk, simmering
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Arrange layer of ladyfingers in attractive dish or serving bowl, 1-quart size.

    Sprinkle ladyfingers with sherry.

    Make up Jell-O according to package directions; pour Jell-O over ladyfingers.
