Sherry Wine Cake

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. creme sherry wine
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. chopped cherries (maraschino)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, then add chopped nuts and cherries.

    Bake at 350° in a tube pan for 1 hour or in a Bundt pan for 50 minutes. While warm make a drizzle with cherry juice and confectioners sugar; drizzle over cake.
