  • 2 cups caramel ice cream topping, divided
  • 6 ounces graham cracker crust
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 34 ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

Directions

    pour 1/4 cup caramel into crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.

    beat pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin and spice with a whisk until blended.

    stir in 1 1/2 cps cool whip.

    spoon unto crust.

    refridgerate 1 hour top with remaining cool whip, caramel and nuts and serve.
