  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lipton onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Dry Sherry
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano Flakes
  • 1 tsp Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Allspice
  • 1 Meat and Vegitables as needed

    Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.

    Combine ingredients to make marinade.

    Marinade for several hours.

    Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.

    Prepare Vegetables.. Dip vegetables in marinade before skewering.

    Cook .. use leftover marinade as wash during the cooking process.
