- 4 green peppers
- 2 large onions
- 2 cans chunk pineapple
- 1 box mushrooms
- steak
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tsp. ginger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, chopped onion and garlic powder in blender.

2Cut peppers, onions, mushrooms and steak in cube sized to fit on shish-kabob sticks.

3Put in bowl and pour sauce from blender on ingredients in bowl.

4Marinate overnight.

5Alternate pieces on shisk-kabob sticks.

6Grill on grill.
