  • 2 cans drained whole Shoepeg corn
  • 1 can drained French green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped and sauteed onion
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. almonds

Directions

    Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese and pepper together.

    Top with margarine, almonds and Ritz.

    Bake 325°
