- 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
- 1 can tiny peas, drained
- 1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos, drained
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine all vegetables in a large bowl; set aside.

2In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.

3Cool slightly and pour over vegetables.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.
