  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Gradually add flour and mix in. Shape with hands.

    Pat into 2 cookie sheets.

    Bake at 325° to 350° for 25 minutes or until golden and lightly brown around edges. Cut into squares.
