Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 4 c. flour, sifted
  • mint jelly
  • strawberry jam
  • marmalade

Directions

    Combine butter, powdered sugar and flour in bowl.

    Roll small amount of dough into balls the size of a walnut.
  3. 3
    Place on cookie sheet and indent with thumb or large end of mellon baller.
  4. 4
    Using a teaspoon, place small amount of jam or jelly in indentation. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes until bottom of tart is golden. Cool on sheet and remove to flat surface.
