- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions

1Brown meat; pour off excess fat.

2Add next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.

3Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender; drain and rinse in cold water.

4Place half of noodles in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Cover with 1/3 of sauce and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.

6Repeat layers, ending with sauce.

7Top with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

10Serve with salad and rolls.
