- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 lb. lasagne noodles
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and green peppers
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown the hamburger.

2Drain off excess fat.

3Add tomato sauce, water and spaghetti sauce.

4Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, begin layering meat sauce, uncooked noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and the rest of the sauce.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Cover lightly with foil.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
