- 1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast, trimmed of visible fat
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 2 large onions, halved and sliced thin
- 6 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
Directions

1Rinse beef roast under cold water and pat dry.

2Place in crock pot.

3Pour remaining ingredients on top of roast.

4Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.

5Shred beef with forks until easy to manage.
