  • 1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast, trimmed of visible fat
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 2 large onions, halved and sliced thin
  • 6 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth

    Rinse beef roast under cold water and pat dry.

    Place in crock pot.

    Pour remaining ingredients on top of roast.

    Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.

    Shred beef with forks until easy to manage.
