- 2 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 2 pimentos, cut in strips
Directions

1Cook onion in melted butter.

2Add tomatoes, bay leaf, salt, thyme, cayenne pepper and sugar.

3Dilute mushroom soup with sherry.

4Finally add shrimp and pimentos.

5Cook 10 minutes.

6Serve with boiled rice.
