  • 3/4 c. thin sliced celery
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
  • sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned

    Mix, put in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.

    Cover with foil. Bake at 350° until bubbly hot.

    Uncover, top with buttered crumbs. Bake 5 minutes more.
