  • 2/3 c. sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), chopped
  • 1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • grated Romano cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 oz. chopped ham
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 doz. small clams, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 2 large cloves garlic, chopped
