  • 2 Hard-boiled Eggs, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 12 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 6 whole Green Onions, Chopped
  • 8 ounces, weight Frozen Salad Shrimp, Thawed And Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Walnuts, Chopped

Directions

    In a large bowl mix all ingredients (everything except the nuts) together and form into ball.

    Roll in chopped walnuts.

    Put the ball onto a plate, cover with plastic wrap and put it into the refrigerator.

    Chill overnight.

    Serve with onion flavored Toasters crackers.
