- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 small onion
- shrimp
Directions

1Cook shrimp; drain.

2Put through meat grinder.

3Set aside. Boil water.

4Add butter, salt, celery salt and pepper.

5When butter is melted, add flour all at once; stir well and remove from heat.

6Add eggs one at a time.

7Beat well after each.
-
8Grate onion into batter and add shrimp.

9Refrigerate 2 hours.

10Then fry in spoonfuls in oil until golden.

11Serve hot.
