  • 2 lbs. large Shrimp, shelled, deveined, de-tailed
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 (5.2 oz.) pkgs. Boursin Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. Linguine
  • 1 Tomato, chopped

Directions

    Cook linguine according to package directions.

    While it is cooking, combine butter and lemon juice in a large skillet and heat.

    Add shrimp and garlic powder and saute until shrimp is pink.

    Lower heat and add Boursin Cheese, breaking it up.

    As it warms, it makes the sauce.

    Pour over drained pasta.

    Toss gently. Add tomato as garnish.
