  • 2 (5 oz.) cans shrimp, drained and crushed
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tsp. mayo
  • 1 stick butter (room temperature)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • salt to taste
  • parsley or watercress to garnish

    Blend in mixture.

    Put in small bowl lined with plastic wrap. Chill.

    Unmold and garnish.

    Can serve with water biscuits.
