  • 34 lb boiled shrimp, peeled
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 14 chopped onion
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 18 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • assorted cracker

    Position knife blade in food processor; add shrimp and remaining ingredients.

    Process until smooth.

    Adjust salt and pepper.

    Line a 2 cup mold or bowl with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to hang over rim at least 2 inches.

    Spoon butter into mold; chill at least 4 hours.

    Invert mold on seving plate.

    Smooth surface with knife if necessary.
