- 34 lb boiled shrimp, peeled
- 1 hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
- 1 (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 14 chopped onion
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- assorted cracker
Directions

1Position knife blade in food processor; add shrimp and remaining ingredients.

4Line a 2 cup mold or bowl with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to hang over rim at least 2 inches.

5Spoon butter into mold; chill at least 4 hours.

6Invert mold on seving plate.
