- 3 lb. shrimp, washed, drained and patted dry (unshelled)
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. vermouth
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat margarine and olive oil.

2Add garlic which has been put through press.

3Cook until garlic is cooked.

4Add shrimp.

5Add pepper and salt heavily as salt has to penetrate shrimp shell. When shrimp are done, add vermouth and lemon juice and cook about 2 minutes.
