- 2 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. condensed cream of tomato soup
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of cayenne
- 1/8 tsp. mace
- 1/2 c. almonds
- 1 tsp. sage
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Combine shrimp with oil and lemon.

2Chill until crisp.

3Stir often.

4Saute green pepper and onion in butter.

5Drain shrimp lightly.

6Add all ingredients except almonds.

7Pour into 2-quart greased casserole.

8Sprinkle with almonds.

9Cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
