- 1 1/4 lb. shrimp, cooked and drained
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. rice, cooked
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar
Directions

1Clean and boil shrimp.

2Saute onion in margarine until tender. Make a sauce by adding soup, lemon juice and seasonings.

3Fold rice and shrimp into sauce.

4Fold in sour cream and pour into 1-quart buttered baking dish.

5Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Heat in 325° oven for 30 minutes.
