  • 8 eggs, boiled, cooled and shell cut in halves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 4 c. light cream sauce
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    Fill casserole with egg halves.

    Add 2 pounds cooked, cooled and peeled shrimp to sauce and pour over eggs.

    Saute 2 cups soft fine bread crumbs in 1/4 cup butter until brown.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
