  • 3 pounds Shrimp
  • 6 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 4 whole Lemons, Juiced
  • 1 cup Cilantro, Chopped
  • 4 whole Large Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 whole Serrano Chile-seeded And Finely Chopped
  • 1 whole Cucumber, Peeled And Diced
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato Sause
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups Red Onion, Finely Chopped

    Lay shrimp in a 9x11 glass baking dish, cover with citrus juice and allow to marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

    (The juice will cook the shrimp.)
