  • 3 strawberries, diced, plus 1 strawberry slice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 2 1/2 ounces chilled cava

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the diced strawberries with the Simple Syrup.

    Add ice and the gin and Cointreau and shake well.

    Strain into a chilled martini glass.

    Top with the cava and garnish with the strawberry slice.
