- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Dice shrimp and set aside.

2Cook onion in margarine; add water, potatoes and seasonings.

3Cover and cook 15 minutes until tender.

4Add milk, flour and shrimp.

5Stir over low heat until thickened and shrimp are heated through.
