  • shrimp peeled
  • 1 egg white
  • cooking oil
  • balsamic vinegar

Directions

    Crush the nuts and corn kernels using a mortar and pestle to obtain very small pieces.

    Cover the shrimp with the egg white and the crushed nuts.

    Using a skewer, fry each shrimp in very hot oil for about 10 seconds.

    Serve in a martini glass and drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the shrimp.
