- 1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
- 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Cook, clean and devein shrimp.

2Cook celery, pepper, onion and garlic in shortening until tender.

3Add all other ingredients except shrimp and simmer for 45 minutes.

4Add shrimp and simmer for 15 minutes longer.

5Serve hot over hot cooked rice.
